All ten Lofts Studio business apps work without an account. Depending on the app, products, customers, sales, print jobs, appointments, restaurant orders, patient visits, school records, workshop jobs, hotel stays, medicine batches, property leads and business profile details are stored locally on the user's device and are not sent to Lofts Studio.
The apps contain no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, behavioral tracking, location tracking or cross-app tracking. Lofts Studio does not sell app data.
The POS app requests camera access only after Scan barcode is selected. Camera frames are not stored or transmitted. The Print app opens the system file picker only after the user chooses artwork; the selected file remains under Android's local file controls and is not uploaded to Lofts Studio.
Receipts, quotes and invoices are generated on the device. A document or data export leaves the app only when the user deliberately chooses a destination from the Android share sheet.
This policy covers POS Billing & Inventory, Print Shop Quotes & Jobs, Salon Booking & POS, Restaurant POS & Kitchen, Clinic Queue & Records, School Attendance & Fees, Auto Workshop Job Cards, Hotel Booking & Housekeeping, Pharmacy Expiry & POS, and Real Estate Leads & Deals.
Records remain on the device until the user removes the app or chooses Delete all local data in Settings. Users can choose Export data to share a readable copy through the Android share sheet. Removing an app normally removes its local application data, subject to Android backup settings controlled by the user and device provider.
These products are business tools and are not directed to children. School Attendance & Fees is intended for adult school staff and administrators, not direct use by students. The apps use Android's application sandbox and request only the access needed for a selected feature. Users should protect their device and review recipients before sharing a document or export.
Clinic Queue & Records and Pharmacy Expiry & POS store operational records locally. They do not diagnose, recommend treatment or provide emergency services and are not medical devices. Medicine supply remains subject to applicable law, valid-prescription requirements and professional supervision.
